Great location near Old Town and shopping district, with spacious and modern apartments equipped with air conditioning and kitchen facilities. The staff is helpful and friendly with good internet connection and small gym available. Beautiful rooms with nice amenities and comfortable beds.

Excellent location near attractions, shopping, dining, and transportation. Clean and modern suites with all the necessary amenities. Requested a quiet room and it was indeed quiet. Free laundry facilities with detergent provided. Appreciated the free wifi. Staff was courteous and even complimented my French speaking skills.

Felt totally relaxed, nothing was too much trouble.

The location of Fraser Suites was perfect for me, being close to the lake and to the old town. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, and the free laundry facilities were much appreciated during my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was simply really good. Had absolutely amazing stay in the hotel for 3 times now, the staff were attentive, location was best possible and close to everything. I loved our executive suite with great view.

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made us feel so welcome. The room itself was presented to the very highest standard, with luxury brand toiletries and a bathrobe. The location of this place is perfect, right in the heart of the main shopping area and close to everything we wanted to see. We also appreciated the service of laundry and taxi assistance. The kitchenette in our room was well equipped and it was great to have a microwave as well as cooking utensils. To top it all off, our room was made soundproofed so we could have a peaceful night's sleep.

The breakfast options were limited and overpriced. the noise from the nearby street and tram made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location of this serviced apartment makes it an ideal spot for a city stay. Situated very near the lake shore and public transport links, this hotel is also nearby to many shops and restaurants in the old town area. The rooms are comfortable, modern, and spacious. The staff is kind and helpful, keeping the rooms tidy every day. The view is lovely, with big windows allowing plenty of light in.

Some guests reported that there could have been a better solution to the noise level in the rooms overlooking the main street.
